Auction of Sankalpa

The 19th of January 2014 witnessed the first instance of flat allotment through closed bidding in West Bengal. The West Bengal Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (WBIDFC) & NK Realtors conducted the auction for Sankalpa, New Town. Remarkably 54 flats has been sold out of the 60 units that were put up for auction. This innovative process has fetched about 15% higher prices than the market valuations.
