Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences (RTIICS) is a centre of excellence in Cardiac Sciences, Renal Sciences and Kidney Transplantation. RTIICS was adjudged the Best Cardiac and Multispecialty hospital of the eastern India by Times Business Awards in the year 2018 and 2021. Regular dialysis for underprivileged kidney patients matters the most.

NK Realtors is helping many economically challenged "Dialysis" patients.
SGCC & RI is a super-specialty cancer hospital catering to almost sixty thousand patients annually. In the course of four decades, a small "Home" with 25 beds has emerged as the full-fledged modern cancer hospital with 311 beds.

Cancer is nothing less than a catastrophic disaster. NK is steadfastly standing by individuals who are going through the worst kind of suffering.
Motivated to provide free education to the underprivileged, Navjyoti was established in 1990. Initially teaching 15 children in a small room provided by Janbazar Ekta Sangh Boys, located at 143, Collin Street, Calcutta - 700016. Navjyoti's commitment is to support needy and meritorious children by covering their school fees and providing coaching.

NK Realtors donated to economically deprived students for continuing their education.
NK Realtors supported the Vidya Seva Scholarship program, sponsoring 20 girl students from weaker-income families. Ananta Seva Foundation launched the program in 2021, supporting 83 girl students from 9 states. In 2022, another 80 students were sponsored, primarily from West Bengal. The scholarship assists girl students from Class 8 to Class 12 with tuition fees, books, and more. Kaushik Sinha, Director of the Ananta Seva Foundation, aims to prevent dropout rates by helping girl students achieve their dreams through financial support and mentoring. They intend to expand the program nationwide until students complete their Plus 2 Boards.

NK Realtors sponsored 20 girl students from weaker-income families, covering their full-year educational expenses.
Parivaar was founded by Vinayak Lohani, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta, inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda. He dedicated his life to serving the "Divine in Man" and started Parivaar in 2003 with only three children and limited resources. Over time, support grew, and Parivaar purchased its own land in 2004 to establish the permanent campus, Parivaar Ashram. Dedicated youth joined as resident workers, contributing to the institution's growth and transforming lives. Parivaar serves as a training ground for committe grassroots workers, making a positive impact on the community.

NK Realtors provided comprehensive support, including nutrition, education, healthcare, sports, and cultural activities, hygiene and toiletries, caregiver and teacher costs, as well as electricity and establishment expenses.
Royal Calcutta Golf Club is the oldest golf club in India and the first outside Great Britain. RCGC which had previously been a 36-hole course, underwent a renovation in 1972 to become an 18-hole course. It offers plenty of practice options with a pro shop to hire caddies.

In the festive season NK Realtors brought smile and happiness to many caddies and beneficiaries from RCGC.
Formerly known as the Calcutta Cricket Club, Calcutta Cricket & Football Club (CC&FC) is a multi-sports club with its headquarters in Kolkata. It was founded largely as a cricket club, but in course of time became the club for other sports also. Every year CCFC organises Staff Annual Soccer Tournament as a thanksgiving gesture to the staff who serve the members of CCFC round the year.

NK Realtors sponsored the Gift Vouchers for all 124 staffs of CCFC in 2022.
Annamrita Foundation (formerly ISKCON Food Relief Foundation) was established in 2004 to address hunger and education challenges in India. Their goal is to provide unlimited, nutritious food to attract children to schools and promote their holistic development. The Kolkata Municipal Corporation approached Annamrita to serve Mid-Day Meals in its schools and provided a centralized kitchen in North Kolkata. Starting with 30 schools and 2,500 children, Annamrita now serves 174 schools across Kolkata. Their centralized kitchen in Bagbazar is automated and prepares 11,000 meals daily. The foundation aims to eliminate child hunger and ensure access to health, food, and education for all children in India.

NK Realtors contributed to the Mid-Day Meal Programme, providing nourishment for 250 students.
HUHT, a relief organization initially focused on calamity relief, now emphasizes education. Starting with 10 students in 2006, it has grown to 35 faculty and 628 students (as of Jan. 2021). HUHT is a non-profit organization serving underprivileged children, providing education and holistic development. Since 2005, they have expanded efforts to reach more children with quality education.
Project Status:
1. Total construction area is 1,22,000 sq.ft.
2. Piling work completed for both School and Hostel blocks.
3. Foundation for Hostel Block and School Block has started.
4. Boundary wall work is completed.
5. Main gate work is in progress.
6. Prototype mud housework is completed.

NK Realtors allocated CSR funds to establish a free residential Learning Center for 1000 rural girls in Amgachia, Pailan, Nepalgunj Road, P.O - Amgachia, P.S - Bishnupur, Dist. - South 24 Parganas, WB - 700 104.
Mukti constructed a new guest house in Purbashridharpur village, Sunderban, using model house techniques. The 600-square-foot building has a two-story design, with the ground floor left empty for gatherings and the upper floor featuring two rooms with attached bathrooms. The dome roof construction began on May 2nd, 2022, utilizing masonry and concrete. The guest house follows sustainable practices, using locally available materials like bamboo, mud, and straw for the walls, and thatched roofing. The design ensures natural ventilation and shading, eliminating the need for air conditioning.

NK Realtors has brought happiness to the donors of Mukti Guest House.
Ramakrishna Mission Nivedita Educational & Cultural Centre, 'Roy Villa,' in Darjeeling, West Bengal, is a branch center of Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math. It serves the underprivileged stratum of society in the hilly regions by providing relief activities such as monthly ration for aged mothers, scholarships for girl students, running the Gadadhar Abhyudaya Prakalpa (GAP) integrated child development project, and organizing medical camps.

NK Realtors provided financial assistance for the Medical-cum-Relief van of Ashrama.
The organization focuses on providing affordable healthcare to slum dwellers, offering vocational training to slum youth, supporting women affected by domestic violence, and promoting financial inclusion. They operate mobile medical clinics in remote villages, provide livelihood opportunities, and advocate for family planning among Muslim women. Tikiapara slum in the Howrah district, located near the Hooghly River, has a predominantly poor and less-educated Muslim population facing challenges such as limited healthcare access, illiteracy, unemployment, and involvement in illegal activities.

NK Realtors supported the construction of a G+5 school building and classroom infrastructure for 4000 underprivileged in Bankra slums, Howrah district.
Our Popular Fundrising Project
Keeping this in mind, NK Realtors & Mukti (an NGO) had come together to help such elderly people. They could call on the helpline 03340401010 and say "Hello Beta" to get the basic necessities delivered to their doorstep and the delivery was FREE. Deliveries were done for Medicines, Grocery, Vegetables & Drinking Water.
